“submitted” status for hours

My submissions for test-dev always keep the “submitted” and “running” status for hours ,please solve the problem

Same problem for 2 days my submission showing submitted status only, please resolve the issue.

In submitted state for more than 24 hours.

Please resolve the issue. It’s more than three days. It will evaluate once and again for one submission we have to wait for hours.
