Submission failed for all the attempts

Hi there

I tried to submit my result to the ebay Machine learning competition 2021 with my tsv file(first element is record id, and the second is the delivery date YYYY-MM-DD, separated with a tab(/t). I am pretty sure that my format is correct and corresponding to the guideline that ebay provided. But all my three attempts failed(the last one is my current version). I also make sure that the tsv does not contain index or column names.

Can you help me with this problem. My team name is Soloist_D.

Hi there. Sorry for replying this late! I changed the file type of submission file. Initially, I used the tsv file but it did not work, and I tried to gzip it and it worked. Hopefully, this makes sense!
