How to evaluate email address?

I’ve registered on evalai for some months. But when trying to opening some challenge pages recently, it reminds me to evaluate email at first.

So, I think it might be forgotten when I registered. But I cannot find out how to evaluate it! Could u help me, plz!

Can you please check the spam folder for the email or tell me your email ID which you used to signup?
