How many days does it take to approve the Participation?

I sent a participation mail last Thursday.
I have not received an approval email yet.
How many days does it takes? or my mail had a problem?

The mail would be sent to your registered email ID as soon as you sign up. Did you check the spam folder for the email? Or can you please tell me your email you used to sign up?
