I also met this issue.
After some debugging, it seems to be an issue of stale client asset caching. EvalAI recently updated the website according to their GitHub commits, adding the host approval feature. Both template and Javascript were updated to fit this change. But https://eval.ai/dist/js/controllers.min.js is cached longer than expected on the client side, not caching up with the template.
